JADE KOH

Jade Koh obtained her Bachelor of Laws from the National University of Singapore. Jade was formerly the Deputy Registrar of Titles and Deputy Director of the Singapore Land Authority. At the Land Titles Registry, Jade oversaw the operations to digitise the land register for Hosing & Development Board (“HDB”) properties. The land register for HDB properties comprised over a million records which had accumulated over several decades. The successful completion of that gargantuan project brought about a new era in Singapore for the electronic registration of land transactions for HDB properties. Prior to joining the Singapore Land Authority to undertake the mass digitisation of HDB property titles, Jade was an in-house legal counsel with the HDB where she advised the Board on building and construction legal issues and corporate legal matters.

Jade brings with her much experience from both public and private sector work. At Malkin & Maxwell LLP, she focuses on the collective sales and joint development projects and oversees the real estate transactions.
